Terms and Conditions

Reservations
50% is required to be paid within fourteen days of booking to confirm reservation, balance is due two days before arrival

Cancellations
10% cancellation fee charged up until one week before, then 50% cancellation fee applies.

Security Deposit
$1000 payable by Credit card on or before arrival

Damage and Theft
Damage and loss to the property and its contents must be reported to the owners prior to vacating.

Pets
No pets allowed.

Smoking
The Bunker is a non-smoking environment.
